Enjoy your car with a plus one on the open road with the Shannons Adelaide Rally Prima Tour on Friday 8 November - at $595 for an entry for two people (driver and co-driver), including participation in the tour, a lunch and gift pack. If you do not hold a Motorsport Australia licence, a fee of $35 will apply for the necessary single event licence/car club membership requirements.

The Shannons Prima Tour follows the first stages of the Shannons Adelaide Rally - Beaumont, Eagle on the Hill, Knotts Hill and Cherryville - taking in iconic roads in and around Adelaide.

This is the event for you if you want to have a great day out on the roads without competition pressure, enjoying your car on the open road with a passenger of your choosing alongside. Closed roads are travelled at up to 100km/h with the freedom to use both sides of the road.

 

After the four stages, a lunch will be held at Grünthal Brew in Verdun, with wine partner Hesketh Wines providing a broad selection of quality South Australian varieties. All Prima Tour participants will receive a gift pack for taking part in the event. It's the perfect day out for motoring enthusiasts.

Australian motorsport legend Craig Lowndes and wife Lara Lowndes will take part in the 2024 Shannons Adelaide Rally Prima Tour, driving a Chevrolet Corvette. Craig Lowndes will also be a guest speaker at the Prima Tour lunch. Lowndes has a long association with General Motors, winning all three of his Australian Touring Car Championship/Supercars titles with Holden in addition to four his seven Bathurst 1000 wins with the legendary Australian brand.​
